Blayne Rush is an investment banker with over 28 years of healthcare and real estate experience. He has been the CEO of a multi location and integrated oncology physicians group, lead and advised healthcare service organizations' turnaround, stabilization and growth. Blayne has extensive experience with "roll-up" M&A transactions with single and multi-site healthcare services organizations. Blayne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters in Health Promotions from McNeese State University where he was a four-year starter and an All-American on the nationally ranked football team. He was named to the McNeese State and Southland Conference All-Decade Teams.     Yoke Real Estate Platform is a novel real estate start-up that consist of multiple integrated divisions that pull together working with clients in order to own a home within two years. We are in proof of concept phase and are adding the divisions as one division is completed. Yoke Land Acquisition and Development. Purchases developed lots and undeveloped land that is not for sale. Hold some, sale some, develop some and build on some of the land that is acquired. Yoke Builders. Constructs single and multi family residential homes for the first time home buyer. Will sell some and hold some for long term rentals. Yoke Realty and Property Management . Buy, sell and manage residential properties. Yoke Finance. Created a very aggressive budget and completed the projects under that budget then achieved unrivaled profit margins from like houses.

As a Managing Director was instrumental in the redevelopment of the internal recruitment process, training, ownership, leadership structure and processes that lead to growth in revenues from $12mm to over $18mm.
